This week we have been doing some excellent writing. We have used some brilliant vocabulary, great descriptions and alliteration.
In maths we have started to learn how to do column addition. We have looked at using counters and dienes blocks to help us. We are getting very quick at our number bonds and have enjoyed playing various games to help us with this.
In topic we have been learning about Roman Gods and this linked with our music where we looked at a piece composed by Holst called the Planets.
On Wednesday we used a variety of percussion instruments and learnt the words dynamics, tempo and rhythm.
